Golf Subscribers

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Maximum Handicap Certificate (WHS): Men #28, Ladies #36.
2. Membership Requirement: Annual/Half-yearly Subscribers must be members of the Vilamoura Golf Club, which manages handicaps, competitions, and tournaments, including sports insurance by the “Portuguese Golf Federation,” provided the annual/ membership fee is paid.
3. Competition Entry: Subscribers are entitled to enter Vilamoura Golf Club’s competitions, provided they are affiliated to Vilamoura Golf Club and the membership fee is settled.
4. Booking Information: Subscribes must inform their name and subscription number at the time of booking.
5. Guest Reservations: Tee time reservations for guests must be requested by the Subscriber, who must provide guest identification. Reservations will only be confirmed once payment is received.
6. Check-in Requirement: The presence of the Subscriber and guests, if applicable, is required for check-in.
7. Discounts at the Dom Pedro Vilamoura Golf Shops: Subscribers benefit from a 10% discount at all Dom Pedro Vilamoura golf shops, clubhouse bars and restaurants (not cumulative with any other promotions or exclusive offers).
8. Golf Lesson Discounts: Subscribers benefit from a 10% discount on golf lessons at Dom Pedro Vilamoura Golf Academy.
9. Accommodation Discounts: Subscribers benefit from a 15% discount on individual accommodation reservations at Dom Pedro Hotels (not cumulative with other promotions or exclusive offers).
10. Equipment Hire: Special rates for golf equipment hire and pack of tokens for practice at driving range facilities at all Dom Pedro Golf Courses, subject to availability (price list attached).
11. Course Access: Access to the golf course is only permitted after checking-in at the golf reception.
12. Non-Transferable Subscription: Subscription titles are personal and non-transferable, valid during the subscribed period.
13. Tee-Off Time Booking: Subscribers may book only one tee-off time per day at any accessible courses. Unused booked tee-off times will be considered “no-shows,” and a fixed administrative fee of €55,00 will be charged to the Subscriber.
14. Non-Combining Offers: The Subscriber title cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be used for events or tournaments outside the Subscribers Program.
15. Termination Rights: Dom Pedro reserves the right to terminate a Subscription without previous warning if the Terms and Conditions are not fully observed.
16. Rate and Condition Changes: Dom Pedro reserves the right to decide, change, or suspend all rates and conditions, or interpretations associated with the program without previous notice.
17. Course Closures: Dom Pedro reserves the right to close the golf courses for maintenance, unforeseen reasons, or any other phenomena, without compensation or indemnity.
18. Course Closure and Maintenance Schedule: Please check the golf course closure and maintenance schedule available at the golf shops and online at www.dompedrogolf.com.

FRAUD AND CANCELATION

1. Subscription Cancellation Rights: Dom Pedro reserves the right to cancel the subscription if the Subscriber Programme Terms and Conditions are not observed. Consequently, Dom Pedro will not renew or reissue the lost subscription numbers or those subject to fraud or suspected misuse.

DATA PRIVACY

1. Consent for Data Processing: By joining the Subscribers Program, through completing the form and accepting the Terms and Conditions and the Data Privacy Policy, the Subscriber authorizes and consents the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes within the scope of the Subscribers Programme’s conditions and offers.
2. Data Collection and Processing: The Subscriber authorizes the collection and processing of their personal data by any Dom Pedro Group company or third parties with whom the Group has a contract, solely for fulfilling the conditions proposed by the Subscribers Programme.
3. Purpose of Data Processing: The data processing is intended for managing and operating the Subscribers Programme, including sending emails, mobile phone calls, telemarketing, or mailing commercial information about the products and services of the participating golf courses and Dom Pedro, as well as third-party products and services related to leisure, tourism, and catering.
4. Subscriber Rights: The Subscriber may exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 at any time. These rights include access, rectification, erasure/cancellation, opposition, portability, limitation, alteration of consent, the right to be notified in case of a data breach, and the right to complain to a controlling authority. Requests can be made in writing to Dom Pedro (Av. Almirante Gago Coutinho, nº 30, Piso 0, 1000-017 Lisboa) or by sending an e-mail to [email protected], with the Subscriber identifying themselves and specifying the request.
5. Data Retention: Personal data will be stored only for the duration of the subscription and will be erased when the subscription ends.
6. Governing Law: The Terms and Conditions of the Subscribers Programme are governed by Portuguese law, and any conflicts regarding their interpretation and application will be settled by the Judicial Court of Lisbon.
